Class types
Five disciplines, under one membership. Reformer Pilates for strength and form. Mat Pilates for the fundamentals. Barre and Small Group Personal Training for intensity. Yoga for mobility and recovery. Cross-train across the lot - change disciplines week to week without changing studios. The five sit under one roof because they complement each other, and one payment lets you train across all of them.
The five disciplines
- 01 - REFORMER
Reformer Pilates
Strength and form on the carriageStrength training on a moving carriage - springs for resistance, a teacher watching your form the whole way. Builds real strength, posture and mobility, and suits every level. New to it? You start in our Reformer Foundation class.
- 02 - MAT
Mat Pilates
The same work, without the machineThe same control, strength and breath work as Reformer - just your own bodyweight for resistance instead of the springs. Different from Reformer, not easier; the two go well together. Open to every level.
- 03 - BARRE
Barre
High intensity at the barHigh-intensity, low-impact strength and conditioning at the bar - counted work, pulses and holds, the teacher counting the room through it. Fitness-led, not dance-led; no ballet background needed. Open to every level.
- 04 - SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Personal Training
Personalised load, coached in a small groupStrength and conditioning in a group of eight - dumbbells, bands and bodyweight, a coach picking your weights and watching your form. Hard work; you'll be pushed. Open to every level.
- 05 - YOGA
Yoga
Vinyasa flow, mobility workBreath-led Vinyasa flow - mobility, decompression and the recovery side of a strong week. The cross-training the rest of your week tends to skip. Flexibility is what it builds, not what it asks of you.
