Can I just turn up?
Great question! All our classes need to be booked in advance through the Innerform Studio app (or Mindbody) - you can book up to 10 days ahead.
If it's your first time with us, our Intro Offer (3 classes for £33) is a lovely way to get started. Just download the app, create an account, and you'll be all set to book your first class.
One thing to note: the studio door only opens 15 minutes before each class, so you'll need your digital pass set up beforehand to get in. Once you've created your account, you'll receive an onboarding link to add your pass to your phone's wallet. If you have any problems at all downloading your pass or if you can't find the onboarding email (sent immediately after you purchased for the first time) please tell us immediately via the contact form so we can get you set up!
